Terms and Conditions for the Wolves Experience Competition

Promoter The promoter of this competition is Holdcroft Renault Wolverhampton, whose registered office is at 2-24 Bilston Road WV2 2PT.
Eligibility
- This competition is open to UK residents of any age.
- Employees of Holdcroft Motor Group, their immediate families, or anyone professionally associated with this competition are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
- To enter the competition, participants must complete and submit the entry form found at [https://www.holdcroft.com/wolves-experience-entry-form].
- No purchase is necessary to enter.
- Only one entry per person is permitted.
Competition Dates
- The competition opens on 28/09/24 at 1:00pm and closes at 17:30 pm on 28/9/24.
- Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
Prize
- The prize consists of 2 tickets for a Wolves Museum & Stadium Tour, subject to availability
- No travel or accommodation is included as part of the prize
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
- The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winner Selection
- The participant whose guess is closest to the correct number of footballs in the car will win from all valid entries submitted by the closing date.
- If multiple participants guess the same number, the winner will be chosen by random selection
- The draw will take place within 10 days after the competition closing date.
Winner Notification
- The winner will be notified via the email address provided on the entry form within 10 days of the draw.
- If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Prize Delivery
- Details of how to claim and redeem the prize will be provided to the winner upon notification.
- The promoter is not responsible for any delays or issues in prize delivery that are outside its control.
Publicity
- By entering, participants agree to allow Holdcroft Renault to use their details provided in the form for promotional purposes in connection with this competition, without further remuneration.
Data Protection
- Personal data provided during the competition will be processed in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy.
- Your details will only be used for the purposes of administering this competition and will not be shared with third parties, unless consent is given.

11. ASA Compliance

o Holdcroft must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Holdcroft will send the surname and county of the prize winner, as well as details of the Prize Draw to anyone who emails groupmarketing@holdcroft.com or writes to T G Holdcroft (Motors) Ltd, Leek Road, Hanley, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire ST1 6AT within one month after the closing date stated. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact datacompliance@holdcroft.com. In such circumstances, Holdcroft must still provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

General
- The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition or these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
- The promoter’s decision is final in relation to all matters concerning this competition.
- By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
