The Holdcroft Academy is our in-house training initiative designed to "grow our own talent." We provide comprehensive, hands-on training that combines technical qualifications with the unique "Holdcroft way of working," ensuring a sustainable future for our team and our business.

Our initial focus is on training Technicians. However, we have plans to expand the Academy to include Parts, Service Advisors, CRM, Sales, Accounts, and Marketing in the near future.

Yes! We believe in investing in people for the long term. Our apprenticeship agreements include a guarantee of employment upon the successful completion of your program.

Unlike traditional programs, all training is delivered on-site and in-house at our dealerships. There is no need to travel to external colleges or training centres.

We partner with Auto Assess, our preferred training provider, to deliver high-quality instruction. You will also be assigned a dedicated coach for one-to-one support and a "Buddy" (typically a Master or Senior Technician) at your specific site to mentor you.

Because we aren't tied to traditional school term times, we offer flexible enrollment throughout the year.

Absolutely. Our 0 to Level 3 pathway is designed for school or college leavers. You will work toward a Level 3 qualification (such as Light Motor Vehicle Level 3 IMI), which typically takes about 30 months to complete.

Yes. We offer an Upskilling pathway for existing staff or older applicants with a Level 2 qualification. This fast-track route allows you to reach Level 3 in approximately 12 months.

Vacancies are advertised on the Government Apprenticeship site (DAS portal) and the Holdcroft Careers website. We screen candidates based on their interest, academic grades, and proximity to our dealership sites.

Our process goes beyond just a standard interview. Shortlisted candidates are invited to a Central Assessment Day, where we use group tasks to evaluate your communication and teamwork skills.
