Workshop Controller, Hanley

Salary: £Competitive

An excellent opportunity exists within the Holdcroft Motor Group for a Workshop Controller based on Leek Road, Hanley.

As the Workshop Controller you will have the drive and determination to exceed workshop hours and targets on a monthly basis.  You will be responsible for the day to day running of the vehicle technicians and workshop.

With this role you will also be responsible for:-

·     Maintaining and controlling workshop hours
·     Achieving targets set by the Service Manager to achieve workshop efficiency

The successful candidate will be numerate, articulate, and computer literate and have a proven track record in a workshop environment.  They will also have the ability to motivate a team of technicians to achieve the franchise objectives set by both the manufacturer and dealer principal.
