Service Advisor, Renault Hanley
An excellent opportunity has arisen at Renault Hanley for a Service Advisor, working as part of the team in our busy aftersales department providing outstanding customer care whist dealing with their service and vehicle repairs.
The ideal applicant needs to be motivated, enthusiastic and a committed individual who is capable of consistently delivering the highest standards of customer service. You will have an outgoing personality and a pleasant manner. You must be of smart appearance, computer literate and have a good eye for detail.
You will have a proven track record as a Service Advisor, ideally in the motor industry and knowledge of Kerridge computer systems would be an advantage, not essential.
