CRM Booking Advisor - Maternity Cover, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent

Salary: £Competitive

An exciting opportunity exists for a CRM Booking Advisor to join our busy CRM team in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent to cover maternity leave.  This role is temporary until January 2020. You will have a proven track record in customer satisfaction & team working.  You will have the responsibility to meet both franchise and company standards in a booking environment.

The ideal candidate should be confident, enthusiastic, have drive, ambition, and be highly motivated with a vibrant personality with lots of enthusiasm, whilst providing excellent customer service.  Previous motor trade experience is an advantage but not essential.
