We would be grateful if you would email your concern in as much detail to: hondaservice@holdcroft.com and include the following:

• Customer Name

• Vehicle Type

• Registration number

• Concern / Fault

Although we are closed we will note your concern was raised during the warranty period and have evidence to confirm it with Honda.

Hondacare Assistance is made up of multiple products which will give you a comprehensive service, and the assurance you need. See below for comprehensive details on what Hondacare can offer you.

During its first few years of ownership, you’ll find your Honda will benefit from one of our Scheduled Services – designed to ensure your car stays healthy, and your warranty is maintained. All the details, including costs and what’s covered are below.

Plus don’t forget – when you bring your car to us, all work is guaranteed for 12 months and performed by Honda trained technicians, using genuine Honda parts. It’s a small part of our Retail Service Promise.

What does Hondacare Assistance include?

If your Honda is 3 years or older, then you can take advantage of our two specialist service packages – the Honda 12 and the Honda 12+. Both offer a comprehensive 35 point service to ensure your Honda stays healthy. And the 12+ has a few added extras too, should you need them.
