This offer applies to new vehicles only, ordered between the 1st and 12th December 2025.
Eligible Customers will receive a Fortnum & Mason Christmas hamper worth £150.
Qualifying Activity: To qualify for the Promotion, the Customer must meet the following conditions (collectively referred to as the “Eligibility Criteria”): (i) Order a new JAECOO or OMODA vehicle from OMODA & JAECOO Northwich between the 1st and 12th December 2025 (ii) The new vehicle must be delivered by 31st December 2025 to the customer’s residence.
Reward Details: Eligible Customers will receive a £150 Christmas hamper from Fortnum & Mason delivered to their residence. Should the Customer cancel their order, the cost of the Fortnum & Mason Christmas hamper will be deducted from their deposit.
Eligibility: The Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only. Employees of the Promoter, its dealers, affiliates, agents and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
Verification: The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and may withhold or withdraw a reward if reasonable grounds exist to believe there has been a breach of these terms.
Limitation of Liability: Except for liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or delay arising out of or in connection with this Promotion or any reward supplied (including but not limited to any technical issues with the reward site).
Modification or Withdrawal: The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion at any time where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, but will endeavor to minimise any resulting consumer detriment.
