Nissan has officially revealed the all-new, fully electric third-generation Nissan Juke, marking a major milestone in the brand’s push toward electrification in Europe.
Unveiled at a global vision event, this reimagined JUKE blends its unmistakable personality with cutting-edge electric technology—bringing one of Europe’s most distinctive crossovers firmly into the EV age.

A Familiar Rebel, Now Fully Electric
Since its debut in 2010, the JUKE has never played it safe. With over 1.5 million units sold across Europe, it carved out its own niche with bold styling and a fun-to-drive character.
The new version keeps that spirit alive—but swaps combustion for a 100% electric powertrain. Built on the advanced CMF-EV platform, the electric JUKE promises a more refined, responsive, and efficient driving experience.
Built in the UK, for Europe
In a strong commitment to local manufacturing, the new electric JUKE will be produced at Nissan Sunderland Plant in the UK—one of Nissan’s most important EV production hubs.
This reinforces the company’s strategy of designing, engineering, and building vehicles within Europe, for European drivers. It also signals continued investment in the UK automotive industry as the transition to electric accelerates.

Expanding Nissan’s Electric Line-Up
The JUKE EV isn’t arriving alone. It joins a rapidly growing electric family that includes:
- Nissan LEAF
- Nissan ARIYA
- All-New Nissan Micra
Together, these models reflect Nissan’s ambition to offer an electrified option for every type of driver—from city commuters to families and commercial users.
The new JUKE will also feature Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) capability, allowing it to feed electricity back into the grid—an important step toward integrating EVs into the broader energy ecosystem.
Not Just EVs: Flexibility Still Matters
While the future is clearly electric, Nissan isn’t abandoning hybrid solutions just yet. Its innovative e-POWER technology—available in models like the Nissan Qashqai—continues to offer an EV-like driving experience without the need to plug in.
This dual approach ensures customers can transition to electrification at their own pace.
Driving Toward a Zero-Emission Future
The electric JUKE is part of Nissan’s long-term vision under its Ambition 2030 strategy—aiming for carbon neutrality across its operations and vehicle lifecycle by 2050.
Europe sits at the heart of that strategy, and the JUKE EV plays a key role in making electric mobility more accessible, practical, and appealing.

When Can You Get One?
The all-new electric JUKE is set to launch in spring 2027. While full technical specifications are still under wraps, one thing is clear: this isn’t just an update—it’s a reinvention.
