MG sold 45,080 cars between January and October this year, marking a 64.4% increase in sales year on year. Motor Trader also commended the company for further strengthening its product line-up and offering some of the most competitively priced electric vehicles available in the UK, with the MG4 SE Standard Range available from just £25,495.
The all-electric MG4 models, launched earlier in the year, have also been extensively praised by Motor Trader for generous equipment levels, practicality and driver engagement.
The Motor Trader judging panel commented:
“MG Motor has a range of well-priced EV models which are achieving strong sales in the UK. The franchise is attractive to a growing number of dealers from a business perspective, performing strongly in successive dealer surveys in terms of current and future profitability. Dealers rate the franchise highly on the levels of capital investment required and think its standards are fair and reasonable.”
