Honda will introduce three new vehicles coming to the UK this year with varying levels of electrification. The all-new CR-V, ZR-V and e:Ny1.

The Honda electrified range is set to expand by the end of 2023 with the introduction of 3 new models, The fully electric e:Ny1, The sporty ZR-V hybrid, and the new CR-V, available in both hybrid and plug-in hybrid.

All-new CR-V e:HEV full hybrid and e:PHEV plug-in hybrid SUV

The all-new CR-V available with a choice of electrified powertrains for the first time. The new CR-V e: HEV will continue to be a self-charging full hybrid.

The new hybrid system, promises performance and efficiency improvements, plus more towing capability.

Alongside an evolved exterior design, the new CR-V is said to be quieter and more comfortable than before, with an interior offering improved quality, technology and safety equipment’s too.

Honda compact SUV – ZR-V e:HEV full hybrid

To complement an already strong line-up of e:HEVs, including the HR-V and CR-V, Honda will expand its range of self-charging full hybrid cars in 2023 with the ZR-V – a new mid-size sporty and dynamic compact SUV that combines a regular petrol engine with two electric motors in a system.

Offering a unique blend of dynamics, technology and design, this car will be an excellent choice for a first family battery EV.

The looks are pretty sleek for a crossover and reflect its target audience of younger drivers. It also shares the Civic’s neat interior design with its distinctive grille-like dashboard, with a nine-inch touch-screen in the middle to interact with the various infotainment systems.

The New Honda ZR-V

The new pure electric Honda e: Ny1

With Honda’s ambitious plans and the push to zero-emissions motoring will begin with this new Honda e: Ny1.

The new model is based on a new all-electric platform that sits within the Honda range.

The overall length is 4,390mm, the boot capacity is 346 litres, around 10 per cent larger than the current HR-V’s load bay. Charging speeds look relatively modest by modern standards, with a maximum DC rate of 78kW.
