Holdcroft Motor Group have been announced as the maiden matchday sponsor of Stoke City’s Boothen Quarter for the 2024/25 season.
The local business’s branding will be visible inside the Potters’ new fan zone for all home league fixtures throughout the campaign via an array of onsite activations and big screen presence.
Holdcroft will also accommodate a range of competitions for City supporters throughout the season as well as the creation of a series of player-based video content to be shared across the Club’s digital channels.
Since opening their first dealership in Hanley in 1966, Holdcroft have remained dedicated to upholding the same family values that were established over 50 years ago; maintaining strong relationships with their own people, their brand partners, and the communities they serve.
The Holdcroft Motor Group developed from modest beginnings, expanding into to one of the largest motor vehicle retailing businesses in the UK, from their headquarters on Leek Road. They now have a wealth of showrooms across Staffordshire, Cheshire and greater Manchester, working with 12 partner franchises.
Steve Forrest, Head of Partnerships at Stoke City, said:
“We are thrilled to welcome Holdcroft as the inaugural matchday sponsors of the Boothen Quarter and would like to express our sincere thanks for their support.
“As a successful local company with strong family values embedded into their culture, there are clearly many alignments between both organisations.
“We look forward to bringing this sponsorship to life over the course of the season, both on matchdays within the Boothen Quarter itself and via a range of engaging campaigns and competitions across our far-reaching digital channels.
Chris Greenhall, Managing Director of Holdcroft, said:
“We’re delighted to be the main sponsor of Stoke City’s new Fanzone. At Holdcroft, our priority has always been, and will always be, our customers. We strive to provide excellent customer service each and every day and put our customers at the heart of the decisions we make and how we run as a business.”
“As a Stoke born and bred customer-centric family business, we believe there’s a great synergy with Stoke City’s fanzone and fanbase. The new space has been developed directly to enhance the matchday experience, much like how we look to always enhance our products and services to add value. Our new partnership with Stoke is just one of many ways we will be able to do just that.”
