We're delighted to announce that Holdcroft Motor Group is the winner of the prestigious Online Consumer Experience of the Year Award at the Annual Automotive Management (AM) Awards 2023!
The AM Awards is one of the biggest events in the motor retailing calendar. Celebrating those that have shown exceptional commitment to innovation, service and business success, AM gives recognition to winners throughout a variety of categories of which Holdcroft were proud to be finalists in two.
Tim Rose, Editor at AM was amongst a panel of eight judges that decided which entries were deserving of the win in each category. The judges recognised that the Holdcroft website has clear navigation and they saw it's impressive improvement in usage which has generated many more enquiries and service bookings by our customers.
Our digital-first strategy is built on best practice using insight from our tools, customers, colleagues, and interactions in our dealerships. Taking inspiration from a host of other industries, our digital strategy has created a sophisticated and successful online consumer experience.
We continue to focus on improving and optimising the journey our customers take with us online, establishing Holdcroft as a trusted authority and providing all of the tools our customers need to make an informed decision on one of the biggest and most exciting purchases they're going to make are at the top of our priorities.
