April is ‘Sakura’ season. Sakura is a Japanese cherry blossom that typically flowers in Spring. The distinctive pink flower is Insta-famous, with more than 12m posts on the channel using #Sakura, and you can find it all over the UK.
Heading out in the Mazda2 – which features Mazda M Hybrid – we hunted down some of the most beautiful blossom the UK has to offer in London.
Journeying through Notting Hill to our eventual destination, Regents Park, we were able to appreciate its slick-shifting six-speed gearbox and comfy interior, which were thoroughly redesigned just last year.
Upon arriving at the Royal Park we were met with a wall of colour. The Japanese have a word for appreciating the beauty of flowers, ‘Hanami’, and it seems like we weren’t the only ones enjoying the view as we had to work our way through the amateur snappers and selfie-lovers on-site to bring you the stunning set of photographs of the energic and playful Mazda2 that you see here.
