From the shortlist of three cars, there was only one clear winner for Parkers Fun Car of the Year – the Alpine A110!

The Alpine A110 has been around for a few years, however its facelift has enhanced the model enough to push it ahead of the competition. The range has had a refresh with Alpine introducing a customisable 7” infotainment touchscreen featuring Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth connectivity, and voice recognition functionality to the A110.

If you opt for the top-spec A110S, you can now add an optional Aero Kit, which attaches rear wings that boost downforce by 81kg, in addition to blades on the front bumper. The interior of the refreshed A110 offers more colour customization options, with new materials for the seats and dashboard.

The A110 is a light, high performing sports car that boasts impressive acceleration and handling – whatever journey you are taking, the Alpine A110 will make it a thrilling experience. Despite being suitable for all driving experiences, how it handles challenging surfaces and sharp corners is a true testament to its impeccable form, and adjustable handling balance.

One of the best features of the Alpine A110 is that you don’t have to push as hard as you may have to in another brand of sports car. Despite being a respected sports car, with narrower tyres and a lighter weight body means the Alpine A110 can also be enjoyed at slower speeds.

Due to having a medium sized engine, the A110 has luggage space under the front bonnet and small boot behind the rear screen. In addition, for a two-seater car, the A110 has ample head and legroom, as well as a good amount of stowage space in the cabin.
