As the Service Manager you will have the drive and determination to ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the service department. The successful candidate will control resources at a level commensurate with profit requirements and enhanced customer relations; they will also maximise departmental profitability through the sale of labour, parts and materials to franchise and non-franchise customers

The successful candidate will be numerate, articulate, and computer literate and have a proven track record in a Service Managers environment with a strong customer focus.  They will also have the ability to motivate a team of technicians, service advisors and workshop control to achieve the franchise objectives set by the Group Operations Director, Dealer Principal and manufacturer.
